Material Procurement

Cutting and Assembly

  • The manufacturing process begins with the cutting and assembly of various components. The raw materials are fed into the cutting machines, which accurately shape them into the required sizes and shapes for the napkins.
  • The absorbent core, made of super-absorbent polymers and cellulose fibers, is placed between the top and bottom layers to enhance absorbency and provide leakage protection.

Adhesive Application
